“The snow hotel is absolutely amazing! I cannot believe they build it in three weeks! We had dinner in the restaurant which was both amazing as an experience, and the food was truly delicious! Our waitress was absolutely fabulous had a great sense of humour and was very accommodating and taking photographs et cetera. The tour of the rooms within the hotel was totally amazing! I cannot believe every single room is completely different and absolutely amazing. The ice chapel is gorgeous and the ice bar is definitely somewhere to have a drink. Bizarrely it’s much warmer in the ice hotel than it was the whole week we were there……”

“Everything was perfect. They picked us up and drove us to the location which is remote and beautiful. We were 7 in one sauna which made it a bit crowded, but still nice. We had enough time to go in and out 3-4 times and then dio in the lake. The dinner was super good, we ate a lot and the food was yummy. I am vegetarian and they were able to prepare something for me too. The only little ick was that the sauna was loosing heat a bit, and couldn’t get really hot even if we kept putting wood and throwing water. Overall the experience was really amazing!!”

Het is vooral een (koude) tocht over het meer in een slee achter een sneeuwscooter gevolgd door een tussenstop in een tipi tent met vuur waarop worstje/soep/brood worden klaargemaakt en waar je de gelegenheid krijgt 2 rendieren te voeren. Daarna nog paar minuten terug met de slee naar de auto die ons terugbracht naar de beginlocatie waar we onze dikke geleende pakken konden inleveren en daarna teruggebracht werden naar ons hotel. Als totaalpakket niet slecht als aanbod, maar in de praktijk zonder noorderlicht heeft het weinig om het lijf.”
