“The chance of seeing the lights was not 100% as we were initially informed but just 20 minutes away from the city, we were able to see a spectacular show of the aurora. Our guides mentioned it was one of the brightest in a long time, thus we were indeed lucky. The boys also took photos with their camera and we had ours as well and they assisted us with adjusting the settings and everything. The only con was the delay in replying after the activity finished and the delay in sending us the photos, but finally when they responded, they were very cooperative. “The experience with the company didn’t start with the right foot because I sent several messages that came unanswered about pick up and drop off details . I was able to manage and once the tour started, we were advised that the conditions may or may not allow us to see the aurora.
